Delivery Policy
We strive to provide the most convenient and fast delivery service to our customers across the UAE.
Delivery terms in the UAE
We deliver to all emirates of the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Delivery costs
- For orders up to 200 AED (Inside Dubai) — a flat delivery charge of 25.00 AED.
- For orders up to 200 AED (Outside Dubai) — a flat delivery charge of 40.00 AED.
- For orders over 200 AED (Inside Dubai) — delivery is free.
- For orders over 350 AED (Outside Dubai) — delivery is free.
Delivery times
Delivery in Dubai:
- Orders placed before 10:00 are delivered on the same day only inside Dubai (22km radius). Additional delivery charge of AED 35 applicable.
- Orders placed after 14:00 are delivered the next day.
Delivery to other emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain):
- Delivery is carried out the next day after order confirmation.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the remoteness of the region and the workload of the courier service.
Additional delivery conditions
- Delivery is carried out daily (except public holidays).
- On the day of delivery, the courier may contact you to confirm a convenient time to receive the order.
- If the courier was unable to deliver the goods (for example, you do not answer the phone), the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day.
Changing the delivery address
The changing of delivery address is not possible once the order is placed. Any changes to delivery address will lead to order cancellation
Item Return
Goods once sold cannot be returned.
